How to succeed in the Oral Interview
- Practice, practice, practice! Talk to yourself in the mirror, or record yourself. The more comfortable you feel the better your interview will be.
- Have friends ask you interview questions.
- Dress for success! You’re applying to a Fire Department.
- Greet everyone on the panel.
- Have a resume for the panel members.
Our Interviews
- Our interviews typically consist of 3 panel members.
- Times will be scheduled for each individual.
- Interviews typically last between 20-30 minutes.
